  • Generate and Qualify leads through research, networking, social media and cold calling.
  • Create and track the Sales Funnel, use CRM software and provide weekly analytic on sales pipeline.
  • Call on new prospects and develop business relationships.
  • Provide detailed product information and make presentations to the prospective customers.
  • Follow-up on the sales pipeline to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue targets are exceeded.
  • Report and record the inquiries and sales data for MIS on a daily basis.
  • Negotiate and close the sale, and also ensure realization of payments due.
  • Serve as the first point of contact to customers.
  • Effectively build and manage customer relationships to get repeat business and references.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction levels in all respects.
  • Monitor competition and market dynamics to define the right marketing strategy.
